If you discover a security vulnerability in our products or firmware, please report it immediately to our security team.- How to report: Send an email to service@dimetix.com
- What to include: Product model, serial number, firmware versions, and a brief description/Proof of Concept (PoC).

- Remediation: Validated issues will be addressed with high priority through firmware updates or technical mitigations.

D-Series
The list below applies to all sensor types in the D-Series. This includes the interface, module and Industrial Ethernet firmware.
There are currently no known security vulnerabilities.
Update Process
Any firmware for the Dimetix Laser Distance Sensor can be updated using the download process integrated into the sensor. The free utility software for the relevant sensor series can be used for this purpose. Further information and a description of the download process can be found in KB028.
